North Miami Beach no longer has one printed volume naming every household. Useful evidence is divided among the county property roll, election files, recorded deeds, city departments, and historical library collections. This private reference organizes those official paths so readers can take a name, street, or past address to the right custodian.

Why This Reference Exists

Printed North Miami Beach directories faded, while the source records remained with different keepers. Miami-Dade's Property Appraiser and County Recorder document parcels and transfers. Election records follow Florida law. MDPLS Main and Lafe Allen Memorial Library provide the historical route. We bring the verified portals, office contacts, coverage notes, and access choices together without claiming to be the custodian of any record.
